Volvo Owners Club Advertising

Mandarin Business Solutions Limited are the officially appointed Advertising Agents for the Volvo Owners Club Web Site. All commercial enquiries must be directed to Mandarin Business Solutions and not to Volvo Owners Club Officials.

PLEASE NOTE: We only deal with commercial web site advertising, do not contact us for adverts that should be placed in the Forum Sales area. We are unable to assist with "For Sale" type adverts from individuals and any messages relating to the sale of individual cars, problems with cars, or similar will be deleted and not answered.

Advertising is available as follows:

Home Page - www.volvoclub.org.uk
Forum Pages - www.volvoforums.org.uk

Rotating Banners in each location served randomly on every page load. Banner can reside on the Volvo Club server or you can provide an URL to a banner on your own server. Banners must be in standard 468 * 60 gif format. Advertising years will run Jan - Dec.

The cost for one year is £365 per year (£1 per day) for the same banner on both pages. New adverts placed during the year will be pro rata to expire in December.

All Home Page and Forum Home Page advertisers will also have their banner included in the Gallery Home Page free of charge. This banner appears on every Gallery Page.

All other web site pages remain available to advertisers and will also be for the year Jan - Dec. New adverts placed during the year will be pro rata to expire in December.

Web Site Pages (excluding Home Page) - £100 per year

Banners.
These must be standard 468 * 60 gif banners. If you do not have a banner a simple one can be designed at a cost of £60 each. Text Links are not accepted.

How to book an advert.
Simply browse the Volvo Site and find the pages you wish to advertise on. If it already has an advert in place (do not confuse paid adverts with our own advertising banners) that page is not available but you can ask to be placed on the waiting list. When you have found a suitable page complete the information below to allow us to proceed. We will contact you regarding banner supply or location.

Terms.
1. All fees are payable in advance and are non refundable.
2. If you wish to change your banner during the year an administration fee of £25 will be payable plus additional design fees where appropriate.
3. The decision as to whether an advert may be accepted rests solely with the VOC.
4. Neither VOC or Mandarin Business Solutions Limited can be held responsible for the content of external sites accessed by advertising banners.
5. No guarantees can be given or implied as to traffic volumes.
