Technical Support from Mandarin may be the solution if you need help with computer maintenance or other related technical issues.
We offer "Contract", "Pay as you Go" and "Custom" plans.
Contract - for a small monthly fee you will have access to email and telephone support from 10 am to 6 pm weekdays. This is ideal if you are generally confident about carrying out any remedial work but just require the comfort of an expert opinion beforehand or a voice on the telephone to guide you.
Pay As You Go - offers the same service as above but on a pay as you go basis. Priority will always be given to Contract Clients.
Custom - we will design a support plan based on your individual requirements. Just talk to us to see what we can do.
